Picking Up Your Order Is Easy
- You will receive an email from us once your order is ready for pickup. Detailed instructions on picking up your order will be included in this email.
- “Buy Online Pickup At Our Shop” orders are fulfilled within 2 hours of placing your order in most cases. (orders must be submitted by 3pm est. during normal business hours for same day pickup)
- We offer this service free of charge. Payments can be made at earlygoat.com during checkout or you can choose our “Pay Upon Pickup” option. To use this option, you must pickup your order during our normal business hours.
- If you have not yet paid for your order and wish to pickup your order after normal business hours, please Contact Our Team so we can electronically invoice you for your order and leave your order in our after hours customer pickup section.
- Customers can now enjoy 24/7 access to pickup your order. Our lobby is always open for you to pickup your order.
- If you did not receive an email from us regarding your order pickup, please contact our office by calling 864.660.3848 or message us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- We use U.S.P.S. to ship our coffee throughout the U.S.A. and its territories
- We ship all orders same day if ordered before 3pm est.
- You can expect your order to arrive in 1-3 days in most cases
- If you order on Friday, after 3pm est.; your order will be shipped the following Monday.
- Your order notes and tracking details will be emailed to you once your selection is ready for shipment. (provided under the “Notes Regarding Your Order”)
